1. Click on Start Menu ,then Type Regedit in Search Box and then Click on Regedit EXE file .

2. Now Registry Editor  Windows Follow Below Path .
  
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control  

Then Navigate Control and then Double-click on WaittokillServiceTimeout on the Right-Pane.

3. Now Edit Value data of WaitToKillServiceTimeout , The Default Value is 12000 , the Range of Value Data is 2000 - 20000 . 

Now Type 2000 in Value Data Field an then Click on OK .
